When we receive your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.

Standard Delivery: We aim to despatch all orders that are in stock within 2 working days. Please however allow 5 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of the reason for delay, along with a proposed delivery date. Next Day Delivery: Our Next Day service is only available for goods that are in stock at time of ordering. Orders for this service may be placed by phone or via our website before 1pm. Orders placed on a Friday, weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day. All next day parcels require a signature on receipt of delivery. Next day delivery is only available for UK Mainland addresses. The actual cost for each service is stated in the delivery section of the basket and is subject to change. International Delivery: Please email us via the "contact us" page and we will be happy to quote for international delivery.

All our Bows and Rosettes are flat packed in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once your order has been received and despatched we will confirm despatch by email. We usually use the Royal Mail Service.

Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly. If you can’t be there to sign for delivery, please e-mail us with special instructions eg deliver to neighbour’s house or in some other safe place. Otherwise, remember that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friend's place, etc.

Our metalised card Bows are flat packed in a double thickness cardboard envelope 100cm x 50cm x 2cm approx. The Rosette package is 100cm x 22cm x 2cm. All other products are supplied in protective packaging as appropriate to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Yes of course! When you order your Bow or Rosette we will ask you for the Delivery Address which can be different to your Billing Address – we know how important it is to keep it a surprise!

Both our Bows and Rosettes come with a step by step guide to assembly, and usually take just a couple of minutes to complete. And if you should get stuck, contact us here at the Big Bow Company and we’ll guide you through it.

This depends on how carefully you handle them once assembled, the weather conditions during use, and following use how you store them. But in general we anticipate our Bows and Rosettes can be used for at least 5 surprises.

Our standard metalised card Bows and Rosettes are showerproof and will last for many hours in rain, however they will break down and not look their best if exposed to excessive rain. Our material based products are treated to resist rain before despatch, can be used for internal and external use, and exposed to the elements for long periods of time.

Both the Bow and the Rosette are approx 900mm wide – you're guaranteed to be impressed once assembled!

The Bows and Rosettes come in one standard size, and in four primary colours (Red/Blue/Pink/Silver) However please contact us if you require different colours or sizes and we can discuss your requirements.

All our Bows and Rosettes come with a rubber suction cup and hook which attach to the windscreen.

Each Gift Tag will come with a double sided sticker so that you can place the Gift Tag on one of the streamers.
